Ankita Chowdhury Nandi, the Founder and managing director of The Wellness Jar Diet Clinic is a Nutritionist, Consulting Dietician, Health Coach, Diabetes Educator, and Nutripreneur by profession. She is passionate about health and nutrition and is extremely dedicated to helping people achieve their health goals and transform them into healthier and fitter versions of themselves. She has done her Bachelors and Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics, done the National Diabetes Educator Program, and is a Life Member of the Indian Dietetic Association, Mumbai Chapter. She has an experience of 13yrs which includes internships with food industries and hospitals and working in slimming centers, and MNCs, working as a freelancer and doing workshops for corporates, conducting talks and presentations for various companies, associations, and schools.

As a nutritionist, she believes in providing a holistic diet and lifestyle intervention program that not only brings changes in terms of weight loss or the goal of the client but also overall fitness, good sleep, and stress reduction as she  firmly believes in the famous saying that says “don’t start a diet which has an expiration date but focuses on a lifestyle that will last forever.”And this is what exactly Ankita practices.
